Landlords are you fed up with your tenants locking themselves out and contacting you at inconvenient times?
Surelock Homes has a solution “the roller nightlatch“. These locks can easily replace the existing locks that you already have installed but are also easy to fit from scratch.
Roller night latches are ideal for student rentals as they do not self lock and your tenant will have to physically lock the door with their keys, so no more lockouts and phone calls in the middle of the night.
